    Tom, you were using a flash with a red/blue gel? How many flashes at (1/32 power?) do you reckon you used for this? Also, Aperature or Manual?

    Hi Steve, I shot this a F8, ISO 100, 30 seconds in Aperture priority with my Nikon D4. I think I used one SB-600 with a honl smokey pink gel on the Nikon SB-600 at 1/16 power. I manually triggered the flash as often as I could during the exposure. The Jefferson Memorial was over exposed so I had to composite it in from an image that was only 4 seconds long.
