Will this be helpful and of interest to someone who is already in international development, but has no background in finance, but is interested in the field of impact investment?

Ryan, send me an email and I will connect you to Mrim. She helps to take your existing skills and experience + interests and identify jobs in impact that could use your background. And once that set - gives down-to-earth advice on where to look for those particular job, how to market your CV etc.

Is this a workshop to change career? Does the meetup cost $35 each?

Meetups are free so far. Many people who come were interested in switching careers to impact field. So this month we decided to do a workshop and invited Dr. Boutla. She charges a small fee for it. Unfortunately I won't be there this evening but hope it would be useful!
