Many of us have been in a number of these discussion so starting to be old hat about talking about deep philosophical matters.

Let us test how many philosophers do attend that can compare and contrast those differences among us that we relate generally to one sex or the other and see if we can cleave out fact from fiction.

To prepare for this discussion just keep saying; "if this then that."

Thank you everyone I hope you enjoyed that as much as I did.

Thinking about these things in different ways is not always easy and not expected to change opinion but rather to simply increase understanding.

Sadly, it looks like I will probably miss this one. This is unfortunate because the discussion should be funny and because I will not get to antagonize Steve for several weeks.

But I offer this peace offering in the person of one of my favorite philosophers and mathematicians in the last 200 years.

I cannot attend this discussion but I would suggest preparing for it by watching a 35 minute video by Karen Straughan who covers male/female relationships from the neolithic age to our own.
The emphasis, of course, is on our own age and where we are heading. I would be interested in reading the comments of the women in the group after watching the video whether or not they are able to attend the discussion.

Brace yourself for a lecture that will challenge conventional outlooks.

This is a designated "drinking encouraged" discussion.
