Building a HUGE aquaculture tank out of Styrofoam cement

Just a quick note for all the folks who have expressed interest in my EPIC (Styrofoam cement) cement composite, this weekend I will be hosting a dome building workshop (see details here:

The dome we are working on will be a 15,000 gallon water tank, part of a commercial aquaponic system. The EPIC material has unique qualities which I perfected specifically for aquaponic applications (as well as others). High R-value, low cost, and ease of manufacture are among its strengths. EPIC will be used to create the major components in a system which will be extremely affordable to construct and operate, yet super durable and low maintenance. Anyone thinking about getting into commercial aquaponics should consider this course.

NOTE: There will be much discussion of aquaponics, but the class this time is about building with EPIC, not aquaponics per se. Another meetup will be held soon to discuss the commercial system under construction.

If you are interested, there are nine seats left.

I will be repeating this dome building workshop again hopefully several more times this summer, if you are interested please sign up at the Affordable Green Shelter Meetup page for updates.
