The purpose of this Meditation group is to reach out to the community at large and introduce a simple and easy meditation technique that will improve your day-to-day life.

Sahaja Meditation has many assets:

-Can be practiced anywhere, anytime
-Takes only about 10-20 minutes of your time
-You can actually feel it working (physically)
-All classes and info. are free
-Helps you also establish a connection with the Divine
