Linux Stammtisch - Northern Metro Edition

This is our monthly meeting. 6:30 - 7:30 -> Food, Drink, and Networking 7:30 - 8:30 -> Open to anyone with something to share 8:30 - ?:?? -> Career Advancement While the 7-8 hour will be pretty free flowing, please contact me if you have anything you would like to show during that time so I can make sure everyone gets their chance. No subject related to the advancement of Linux is too trivial. Last month was allot of fun and conversations ranged across many tech topics. Unfortunately, only a few day later, six Linux jobs landed on my desk. You never know what will happen at these events, so come by, talk shop, and drink one of the many fine beers Bar Louie's has on tap... you never know what will happen.

We are a very informal group. The conversations are very free flowing and sometimes stray into non-tech areas, but it i often brought back around to what tech is new, how it has changed, or help with whatever the individuals are working on. Some of our best discussions started with someone asking, what is the difference between his and that. Or i keep seeing this, what does hat do.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
