First of all, I would like to wish all of you a happy holiday.  I know with a group of this size, there will be different faiths represented, and many of them have celebrations this time of year.  This is a time for embracing the love of friends and family.

I also wanted to give you all a heads up for after the first of the year.

I plan on having two big projects for this group over the next up coming year.

  1. The first is a programming primer.  This will be a basic class, probably 5-8 sessions to allow anyone to get familiar with how to write some simple programs.
  2. The second is a RHEL study group.  This will not be a class like those that David Willson did for clue, but more of a straight out study group for anybody wanting to take the RHEL test.

We will discuss both of these topics at the January Meetups, and times will be fixed at that time.

In the mean time, enjoy your families, and have a safe holiday season.

Kevin
