I'm very excited about our November 14 meetup. I've been very interested in qigong for a long time, but it's one of the few things I haven't tried yet (and I've tried A LOT)!
So please join me at our next meetup for an intro to the restorative practice of qigong, an ancient Chinese healing art that combines breathing, movement and visualization to bring your life into seamless balance.
Here's a bit about Qigong and why you should be excited to learn more about it! It both revives and relaxes. When practiced regularly it has been shown to increase memory, promote well-being, and stimulate the immune system while cleansing and detoxing the body on a cellular level. Awaken to your own inner radiance. Develop a close personal relationship with your body and let it unfold into a deeper understanding of your body’s natural internal and external movement and leave your exhaustion and insomnia behind. Tap into the boundless stores of wisdom and vitality within.
During our meetup you will learn some easy qigong movements, proper structural alignment, how to maintain a clear and focused mind, and how to connect more powerfully with your natural surroundings. We will also have fun while wuji walking which is a qigong walking style.
About our speaker, Dhyana Eagleton, M.A., C.Ht. She is the founder of Radiant Awakening, Dhyana has trained extensively in the wisdom traditions with renowned masters in Asia, Europe, and the USA. She is an international visionary educator in the field of self-empowerment and holistic healing and an advanced level qigong instructor. Through her workshops and consulting, Dhyana has guided thousands to experience their natural wisdom and body energy flow for body/mind wellbeing.
