I am passionate about eating well, health, wellness and natural living. This group is for those that are looking to enhance their knowledge or those new a specific topic. If you are interested in natural and holistic approaches to health and wellness for you and/or your family; wanting to learn how to get healthier, about the power of fruits and vegetables, easy food swaps that pack a nutrient punch, healthy recipes, the power of our thoughts and feelings on health/body, how to get more good foods into our children, and more, then hopefully one of the meetings will resonate with you. Meetings will local resource information, eating well information, food demos, healthy food taste testing, alternative holistic remedy demonstrations/information, and more!
