Need walking partners to keep committed and moving? Let's get in better shape together! We walk regularly at a park situated near the communities of Doraville, Chamblee, Tucker and Norcross. Even Lilburn isn't far away.

I've scheduled Saturday and Sunday morning walks at 9am. We've been walking 3-4 miles. Because it is a loop, you can drop out after any mile. Able Assistant Organizer Donald has Thursday evening walks at 6pm (though these are suspended from November through March because it is too dark in the evenings). We also have special events occasionally--like a walk around Stone Mountain or a walk through the Farmer's Market.

Open to all adults, genders, ages. No small children or dogs, please. I've turned off the automated "reminders" so you don't get 6 e-mails a week, but I "try" to send an email on Friday reminding everyone of the walks and give a weather forecast. Please RSVP if you plan to join us. Currently we walk at:

This is a relatively new park with two circular walking tracks. We walk on the outer most track.
