The Get Down intends to explore the many social activities available in (and immediately around) DtLA (Downtown LA). Our focus will primarily be these neighborhoods: Historic Core, South Park, Arts District, Civic Center, Fashion District and Chinatown, Little Tokyo, Olvera St, and Historic Broadway. If it's a short drive or a metro ride, that's cool too.

DtLA is offering an ever-expanding pool of marvelous events, activities, and even shopping. From dining, to museums, to cultural events, to bars, and more, the DGD has interest in experiencing all of it! If you have an adventurous spirit, like varied and often unusual activities, and live downtown (or are just here often), JOIN US!

Ideas are definitely encouraged...we can't know about ALL the goings-on!
