Hi, Since we are expecting about 30 ppl, we cannot do a casual walk-in meeting at MAKE business cafe as such a large group 'disrupts' their regular operations.
The MD of MAKE has suggested that they can provide us a fixed refreshment menu @ AED 55 per person, or it can be an open ended minimum spend agreement where everyone orders whatever they like @ AEd 55/- each.
Please confirm which option I should agree to with MAKE.

Since we have such a great response to this event, I propose we have a loose structure to it so that it doesn't turn into chaos.
I propose the 4 or 5 people volunteer to talk about thier e-comm business ventures and the things they are currently struggling with.
Proposed Structure: 5 min presentation, followed by 10 mins or so of Q and A that's sparked by the presentation.
