During this workshop, you will learn how to use tapping for yourself for everyday stress. We will also tap as a group on some of those negative beliefs and I will show you a step by step process of how to do this for yourself.

My name is Grainne O'Neill and I am a certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) Practitioner and Trainer.
In addition, I trained in Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Energy Healing. However, once I learnt tapping, it quickly became my number one tool for both myself and clients.
What I love about tapping is that it is an easy technique to learn and can be used on most issues. It is also one of the best tools for getting to the root of things quickly.
