I'm pleased to announce our 3rd annual garden potluck at Carol's house. It's a beautiful spot and is always a treat, but this time Carol will be giving us a demo about sprouting, not just in jars but in dirt. Carol has recently returned from the Hippocrates Institute and has lots to share.
The theme of the pot luck is
"SPROUTS", so bring any of your dishes that have sprouts as an ingredient. Even desserts! The garden potluck party will be outside in Carol's beautiful canyon view backyard. The weather is unpredictable, so bring sweaters in case the fog rolls in. Canceled in case of rain. RSVP now as this has to be limited to 25 people.
The cost of the meetup is $5 to reserve your spot. It will go towards incidentals entailed with hosting and organizing the meetup. Of course this is waived to those of you who have purchased Meetup Memberships.
(Ask me about this- many people know that for $25 you pay no venue fees or these types of fees ($5 each) through Feb- and you get Hippocrates Institute info brochures- on lots of aspects of the RAW lifestyle- dehydration, food combining etc. worth over $8 each)
As usual if you don't have time to make something, it's an extra $5 to eat.
Here's the schedule:
pm "Take the Mystery Out of Sprouting" demo with Carol Cabot

Bring any dish with sprouts.
