Raw Youth Potluck at the RawManna Superfoods Co-Op

Please bring a raw vegan dish (organic and local encouraged) to share and an appetite. Also please do your best to bring a plate, a cup or mug, and some cutlery to keep the potluck as green as possible and to ensure everyone has something to eat on.

It would also be great if everyone could write their ingredients down on a notecard so people with allergies and such will be aware of what's in the dishes. If you don't have a notecard don't worry they will be provided at the potluck.

Although the potluck is designed as a forum for youths, no one will be turned away for age. Typically we've had people from early 20s to late 30s, but we've had older and younger as well. If you feel like coming, please do!

see you there!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Great way to meet other rawesome people, discover new recipes, learn more about different foods and supplements and find other great places to buy food from.

I was a coordinator on here, but I guess Darcy (and/or other people who run the group) became upset because I posted things without checking with them. I would recommend simply asking Brian or someone to post your potluck for you to avoid any conflicts.

Thanks Violet and Brian for being so inviting! I will be there around 2:15. I still want to contribute a dish so I'm bringing cabbage/broccoli slaw. Yea if you could save me a little something that would be great but mainly want to go to talk with all of you! This is a new adventure for me and am super excited. THANK YOU A BUNCH :)

After the RawManna potluck, Arthur and I are going to a family dinner and then we'll head over to the Raw Fusion thing late. I'll have to check with Arthur to see what he wants to bring.

I am bringing fresh organic fruit assorted because that is what I eat lately. I am not into mixing and concocting at the moment. I apologize to all you gourmet lovers but I am trying to kick the habit.

PS: Neither my husband nor I can have agave, as an FYI. Dates and dried fruits are natural -- but powdered sugars and syrups are not. For some that can just be a lifestyle choice to avoid sugar, but for us, eating it is out of the question due to the severe reactions. If you make a substitution for us, we'll appreciate it, if not, no big deal. Thanks. ~ Raederle

I wonder if we'll be up for the raw potluck pilates event in San Fransisco the same evening after this. Anyone else doing both? -- Anyone know what they are bringing yet? I have not really decided yet myself... Something appetizer/salad like since I don't want to blend anything too much and then let it sit for ever and ever. See everyone Saturday! :D
