2nd Annual Vegan Iron Chef

Competing Chefs: Jillian Love, Jay Astafa, Chef AJ

MC: Miyoko Schinner

Judges: Lisa Books-Williams,Jesse Miner, Sascha Weiss, Colleen Patrick-Goudrea

Theme: Impromptu Sunday Dinner Party for 10!

Chefs will be presented with a 3 basket of ingredients and will have to make 1 appetizer (in 20 minutes), 1 entree (in 45 minutes), and 1 dessert (in 20 minutes)

The chefs will have access to the same equipment, and will have 2 sous-chefs helping them.

Event Details:

• Doors open at 11am

• Show starts at 12:30pm

• Event ends at 4pm

Tickets:

• $25 General admission

• $50 Reserved seating in rows 3 to 5 + VIC apron (limited quantity available)

• $150 Tasting menu tickets (includes samples from chef's dishes, seating in the first row, apron, & $10 gift card to Veggie Grill (Only 15 tickets available!)

    Miyoko Schinner from Miyoko's Kitchen will be providing cheese platters

    Genuto will be giving away small cups of three of their newest flavors: Caramel Mocha, Strawberry Rose Water and our Peruvian Simply Dark Chocolate!
    Once the word gets out about this, tickets for this event will sell out (seating is limited)
