Manifesting and Maintaining Positive Change in Your Diet! Another good way to start the New Year!

I am so pleased to present our very own Stacy Waters who is a health coach and wants to share what she has learned about helping people on the path to better health. We have not offered this unique perspective on helping people with challenges to maintaining a raw lifestyle they feel really good about.

So here it is!

Do you want to upgrade your raw diet in 2013 but are wondering if you can make the grade?

Anytime you make changes in your life, it can push you slightly (or a lot!) out of your comfort zone. To joyfully succeed you need to understand how your brain and psychology works so that YOU can be in charge, not your impulses.

This interactive workshop will focus on those nagging willpower challenges so common with making major dietary changes so that you can find freedom in your new lifestyle.

In this workshop, led by certified raw nutrition coach Stacy Waters, you will learn:

  • · What willpower is from a biological perspective, how it’s measured and what depletes it.
  • · What food cravings really are from your brain’s perspective and how best to manage them with raw living food and superfoods.
  • · The number one long-term strategy to boost your willpower so that you can consistently work toward your life goals.
  • · How to recharge your willpower almost instantly and turn sabotage into triumph.
  • · Mindset strategies that encourage lasting change.
  • · Habit strategies that put you in the driver’s seat instead of your whims and urges.

Stacy really did a wonderful job - she gave many fresh perspectives, was not just cookie-cutter, kept all of us engaged and moved everyone's life visions forward no matter where we were along the raw food commitment spectrum. Thanks - Another wonderful gathering orchestrated by Darcy - hooray.

I also enjoyed the meet up. Stacy did a great job. The information hit home. She communicated some basic messages about the importance of aerobic exercise and being organized -- to optimize mental and physical health -- in such a way that I have been thinking about them for the last couple days, to good effect.

Stacy offered a wealth of important information for anyone trying to make positive changes. It was much more than I had anticipated and I believe everyone got something out of it. I especially appreciated the role of stress in creating conditions which sabotage our best intentions and little ways we can start creating balance and the right conditions in our lives.
I want to have her back soon! Of course it was great to see all our old and new members turn out too-
