Introduction

Hi, I grew up in BC/AB/WA(the northwest) but lived/worked in Thailand & much of Asia over the past 20 years. I've been raw on-off-on for almost 9 years. Would really like to meet other kindred spirits who're coming to visit or stay in Asia/tropics.

What Dizzy is saying about this Meetup Group

I love living in Thailand except paradoxically there are FEWER raw foodists in the tropics even though it's the ideal location for it. They actually cook fruit here sometimes *GASP* & the few people I've met that eat raw are also those not native to the area. Anyone seriously considering relocating to the tropics would benefit having a discussion with me. My thinking goes WAY beyond food. I strongly believe that natural living encompasses much more than what you put in your mouth (though this is your single most important action). A more holistic approach to life and health should be the order of day. I would like to clear up the many misconceptions & provide a model as to what it means to truly live naturally and harmoniously within the ecosystem. I'll be posting pics of my hand-painted love shirts soon, all donations/proceeds will fund my upcoming tour and additionally help the Sea Shepard Society whose work in Japan to stop whale massacre was interrupted by the recent tsunami.
