He rarely does them, and who knows? This might be his last.
When? Wed. October 14th 6:15 p.m. Downtown Oakland: 2141 Broadway
Those of you who have tried his cones knows that Raw Daddy is a master of raw food flavors, spices, and textures, and I honestly can’t wait ‘til he shows us what he does with a main dish. Raw Daddy will show us how to make a lasagna and his famous haystacks, my favorite raw chocolates. And RAW DADDY promises to give us all he knows from soup to nuts. You will learn everything from making rejuvelac to pesto!
He is hoping to bring a gluten expert, Alix, Mayer, who was instrumental in getting his food to be Gluten free and Alix can answer any questions you have about gluten.
And RAW DADDY is entertaining to boot- so it should be fun.
If you haven’t tried his food- you have got to hear some of the buzz about it:
“Raw Daddy’s food combinations make me feel like I’ve left earth completely and wound up in a REAL raw food heaven.”
He makes converts to raw food of people who only want delicious vegan food.
One writer from Portland visiting the area tried the Reuben cone and said, "It was every bit as filled with amazing delicious gourmet ingredients as the Mushroom cone. It was one of the best vegan reubens I’ve ever had, and I could eat it while walking without making a sauerkrauty mess of myself!”
This is the meal you can make for friends and family and with confidence introduce them to raw food.
You do not want miss this very special event.
The demo/talk will be $22 and $17 for those who have purchased meetup memberships* (see below for details)

Raw Daddy’s Philosophy
The act of preparing vegetables is an especially life giving exercise, primarily because it leads to serving and eating foods that are good for you. But we don't think of vegetable cuisine, vegetarian, vegan, raw food, in terms of health food, alternative food, or spa food. As a result, we do not create vegetable dishes based on nutritional values. We believe that such things fall into place naturally.
If one pursues flavor first and foremost, and works with extraordinarily fresh seasonal foodstuffs, organic whenever possible, then one is surely going to eat healthfully. We prefer to get good health as a byproduct of eating wonderful, tasty, sensual foods, which nourish the soul and spirit as well as the body.
