We are lining up lots of wonderful events- and this is one of them. I love the fact that Heather is incorporating yoga into this which I have long been wanting to do. Both Diana and I are attending.
I will be leading a cleanse and fat blast from July 1 - 15. If you want to lose weight around your belly, or simply feel a little better, consider joining me. The cleanse will reshape your body and give you new kitchen skills focused on nutrient-dense, plant-based foods. You will also have the opportunity to practice Iyengar yoga to build strength and balance in your life.
This program is based on Ani Phyo's 15-Day Fat Blast and will be led by me, a Raw Food Chef/Instructor and Iyengar Yoga instructor. Over the course of 15 days, you will be guided through a raw food journey to help you cleanse and rebuild from the inside out. This program is perfect if you want to detoxify and cleanse, or if you are curious to try a 100% raw diet. This cleanse is great for beginners who are new to raw food or cleansing in general. You will enjoy opportunities for group support while following the program from the convenience of your own home.
