I would like to start an off leash group that gets together once or twice or however many times you would like a month at a dog park. The closest dog park I know is in Morton.
I guess this group is for socialization with other people for myself and for the dogs to interact to with new dogs which is always important. Even if you don't have or cant bring a furry lil friend your still very much invited!

“Hey, my dog Lucy would love to meet some doggy friends! I live in Chilllicothe, but usually we go to the dog park at Bradley Park in Peoria. Dog park in Chilli never seems to draw any people or dogs. Would love to find a group of dogs & dog owners.”
