Hello everyone! My name is Allison. I have had epilepsy since 2006. I wanted to start this group because either I could not find a support group for people who have epilepsy or the location was too far away. I live in the East Valley, in Mesa. It seems a good portion of the group lives in East Mesa, so I thought meeting at the IHOP on Power and Baseline would be a good compromise. We will have that meetup monthly, and then hopefully one other fun meetup where we go see a movie, have a bowling night, etc. Ideas are always appreciated. I wanted this group to be mostly casual. Sharing stories, experiences, giving ideas, etc. Family and friends are always welcome, too.
