To get more fit
Hi I am Luke. I am 43 and I enjoy cycling, walking and I go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week. I am looking to do more running with people who are not world class runners. I can do press ups on my knees and my least favourite exercise are burpees !
A slow run for me round the park - glad I did two laps Hopefully try and do the 5k round Arthurs Seat next sunday. Nice coffee in the bookshop afterwards
