Elite Bodies Private Fitness Coaching? Fitness Coaching is a hands off approach that Combines consulting and personal training to help you reach your health and fitness goals. The coaching process encourages each client to a new level of excellence in their life in regards to developing a healthy lifestyle and/or in sports performance. My goal is to help you reach your goals. I do this by establishing weekly and or monthly goals, by utilizing one-on-one coaching sessions, as well as phone, internet and e-mail support to help you reach them.

Who are My Typical Fitness Clients? My clients come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but each share a common desire to develop a healthier lifestyle, improve their quality of life, or maximize their performance in their favorite sport. I will work with any client who has the motivation and willingness to work hard to achieve their goals.
What are the Fitness Coaching options? I realize that each one of my clients are unique. Therefore, I design my services to fit the goals, needs and schedule of each individual. New clients are taken through a detailed Start-up process, which includes a review of their health/background, an extensive fitness assessment and a coaching strategy session. ($150 Startup Fee for these initial services.) I ask my clients to commit to at least 12 weeks of the coaching process as it takes time to settle into a routine, and begin to see results. Many clients may prefer to continue for a longer duration after. My customized fitness coaching includes features such as:
• One monthly one-on-one personal training session.
• Weekly/monthly goals established just for you and reviewed with to keep you on track.
• E-mail contact with myself to answer your questions.
• Two (or more) monthly half-hour phone consult(s) with me. During this time we will discuss weekly goals, exercise routines, nutrition, motivation, etc.
Cost: $400/Month
