New to town? Too much free time on your hands? Like to read? Like to be social?

This group is somewhat of a mishmash, but the idea is to have monthly book club meetings as well as social events. There aren't really any kind of general purpose meetup groups in Eugene, so in addition to book discussions I'd like to also be a bit more of a general purpose social group for those new to town or looking to get out and meet people. 

We try to do a wide range of events to accomodate varying interests. We'll frequently be seen playing bingo at Sam Bond's, heading out to trivia nights or art walks, local festivals, happy hours, bowling, skating, you name it! In addition we do an annual summer camping trip that is always a blast.
