How can those who function primarily from a cerebral place turn their deep thoughts into careful action? How can adventurous, spontaneous personalities learn from their own behavior patterns and select which instincts to follow? Can the two extremes learn from, even with, one another? This group will explore secular methods to bridge the gap between those who think and examine and those who live in the moment.
While we welcome all perspectives of life, this group is not founded in any extant school of philosophy or spirituality. We exchange ideas that develop our understanding based on individual, empirical, and experiential observation.
