Join us as we experience three of Madrid's classic venues in one great day.
We'll begin at: Cafe Comercial.
According to 'Frommer's Guide', Cafe Comercial first opened in 1887 and still remains a popular gathering spot for 'Tertulias' (the discussion groups that Madrilenos love).
Enjoy a coffee and mingle with other TEEM members in an atmosphere of another era.
Next, we'll head to: El Mollete.
Vintage appeal and an adventurous range of reasonably priced tapas and raciones make El Mollete a local favorite, in spite of its often standing room only dining room. Their most well known dish? 'Huevos Estrellados' - a simple dish of potatoes and eggs that Frommer's says is somehow much more than the sum of its parts. After having tasted it - I agree!
We'll wrap-up our adventure at: Cafe de la Luz.
With its relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, Cafe de la Luz attracts a lively crowd yet remains an intimate place to enjoy a drink or cocktail. A perfect place to end our adventure - or to start an evening.
We'll meet at Cafe Comercial.
Look for Antonio and the 'TEEM' sign.
