I'm so excited to announce that for 2014 we will be incorporating the Daniel Plan into our Fitness Small Group. So instead of focusing JUST on Fitness, our components for success are: Focus, Food, Fitness, Friends, and Faith ~ and we'll be doing this 40 day journey together. Come join us? This is YOUR YEAR---- you don't have to be great to START but you have to START in order to be great! So make this YOUR year and join in us in Our Low Impact/Beginner-Intermediate Level Workout dedicated to those that are new to working out; or have taken an extended break from working out; have physical limitations or need additional assistance. We are returning with even more blessing -- We're still here to support you and vow to keep you motivated and engaged... but we've added more FAITH!! Our classes remain upbeat, fun and full of energy, and now we've added more hands on and an instructional component so that you can have reference for prayer and nutritional practical exercises that you can take home and implement. *The book should be available at Manna Church Cliffdale site Book store soon but you may find it at Barnes and Noble and/or on line. You do not have to have the book - as I'll outline all components - so bring a notebook and pencil with you to class if you'd like to partake. This is YOUR class!! Your day and your YEAR!!
