Have you been wanting to get fit and lose weight? Our No Boundaries Training Program in partnership with New Balance is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive, new to running or new to run/walking. The program is structured to help you run across the finish line in just 10-12 weeks! Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation, guidance and advice during our weekly group training runs or run/walks. There will be educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!
Training sessions will be held Monday nights in Delaware Park and Tuesday nights at UB North. Each session begins at 6pm. Participant cap is set at 125 people.
