I have been doing raw as much as possible for the past 2 years. It's definitely been a raw see saw, but I love seeing what yummy dishes you can create out of such seemingly basic ingredients.
I don't try to have a % goal, but if I had the time it would be 100%.
Raw food just amazes me. It's like it's been hiding right under our noses for so long, yet no one noticed it. Once I began to eat raw, it all clicked. Everything we have ever been taught about food and how to eat has been wrong. My inspiration is beautiful colorful pictures in raw food books. I literally sit and read recipes to the wee hours of the night....then all day Saturday...and more during the week. Such awe and amazement!
I try not to have any expectations. It's been an experimental process, both with making raw foods and with how my body will react. And how it will react if I go back to SAD foods. I've learned a lot about myself, that's for sure.
