Who or what has been your inspiration?

My beautiful daughter Kathy who has been vegan since age 15. She prepared foods for us that were eye pleasing, healthy and delicious. I was hooked!

What do you expect from the raw/live food approach to wellness/nutrition

As a prior aerobatic lady wing walker, I experienced a lot of physical pain from the forces I was subjected to. I body-built eating animal proteins. Animal proteins cause pain because one can not digest it. I am not going to get ill like I used to.

"I believe in choices. I like to keep our meetups focused on the food rather than on belief systems. Raw organic living food should not be made out to be a part of a religion but a healthy lifestyle. "
