I am a Living Light Culinary Arts Certified Chef. I love preparing organic living vegan food.
How long have you been doing raw?
85-100% since Aug 1, 2007.
What % raw is your goal?
85-100%
Who or what has been your inspiration?
My beautiful daughter Kathy who has been vegan since age 15. She prepared foods for us that were eye pleasing, healthy and delicious. I was hooked!
What do you expect from the raw/live food approach to wellness/nutrition
As a prior aerobatic lady wing walker, I experienced a lot of physical pain from the forces I was subjected to. I body-built eating animal proteins. Animal proteins cause pain because one can not digest it. I am not going to get ill like I used to.

"We did get rights to our co-op back after fighting with code enforcement agents by emailing the city council, mayor, and the media. So that's good!"
