Learned a few recipes when I got Bryan Au's book a few years ago; want to dedicate some time to incorporate it into my diet now that I have addressed other health concerns by going natural and reducing toxins in my environment.

Better health & more vitality
Getting very health-conscious the past few years! Much healthier for it! Promote nutrition & green living on my page www.facebook.com/TalkHealthToMe. I want to use more raw foods, like 50%. I've renovated (all nontoxic) & landscape with organics.
Everyone was so friendly and so interested in health, besides being terrific in the kitchen! Lissa and Scott have so much wide-ranging background to share that I've learned new things already. I may need to try their myofascial massage or learn about acidity; and the food alone is terrific, elegant, and although I'm a newbie, this food has to be more nutritious. Apparently cooking is not the only way to "process" food so our bodies can use and enjoy it! This was my third meeting, & the food is always 'way beyond my expectations.
