I enjoy getting outdoors to walk, hike, bike, kayak, or ride a horse! Come join me and enjoy fun and easy fitness!
Get outside and enjoy the scenery by engaging in easy walking, hiking, bicycling, or even horseback riding. You'll meet other friendly like-minded people who enjoy socializing while exercising outdoors and often stopping for coffee afterward. The pace of walking, hiking, or bicycling is moderate, not a power walk, but not a leisurely stroll, either. The weekday walks are about an hour in duration (with an option to stop for coffee afterward) and the weekend hikes are about an hour and a half or two hours in duration, usually 2.5 to 5 miles in length.
