Wake Up OHIO!

We are REALLY excited about this next event!

EVENT: WAKE UP OHIO!
DATE: October 25th, 2009
TIME: 3pm - 5:30pm
WHERE: Geauga County Fairgrounds Grandstand, 14373 N. Cheshire Street, Burton, OH 44021
SPEAKERS: DOC Thompson from WRVA- DOC fills in for Glenn Beck about every 2 months, and he was one of the featured speakers in Washington, DC on 9/12!
Tim Cox from www.goooh.com Tim is coming up from TEXAS to share a plan that he has developed, a plan whereby WE THE PEOPLE can oust all 435 House of Reps! And take our Country back! Tim & The Burton 912 Group will be hosting a Mock Election after the rally – at the Sebastians On The Square restaurant in Chardon, OH, from 6-9 pm. Plan to attend! You’ll love it!
Joe the Plumber - gained national prominence when he asked then presidential candidate, Barack Obama, a question about his tax plan. The conversation was captured by an ABC cameraman and Joe’s life would never again be the same. His story came to symbolize the idea of spreading the wealth in the 2008 presidential campaign. Through massive amounts of mud-slinging and name bashing, Joe never backed down from his principles. To this day he continues to fight for the working man so they have the opportunity to fulfill their true American dream
Matt Patrick from 640WHLO out of Akron/Canton will be the MC... Matt is really behind the Tea Party movement, he MC'd the only Ohio stop for the 'Tea Party Express' in Canton on 9/9 and there were 5000 people there, did an excellent job!

There may be another speaker or two, we'll let you know as we know.... Some of you may have heard that we were hoping to have Bob Basso, Bob has motivated literally millions to get involved -
(the man who portrays himself as Thomas Paine on YouTube - http://www.youtube.co... Bob is NOT coming to this event--he was just too booked to fit us in (60
appearances in 69 days), but he did promise us that he would come to our next event!
BRING: The Grandstand will hold about 2500 people and they will be adding to that some bleachers that will hold another 1000, approximately. There's also room in the box seat section for probably 200
to 300 chairs. (Maybe quite a bit more.) So, if you have a lawn-chair, bring it incase the Grandstand is full. 3/4 of the Grandstands are covered...but let's pray for no rain. We
have no idea how many people will be coming, we are inviting everyone from Buffalo to Columbus to Pittsburgh. Bring sweaters and jackets if it is cool, let's hope it isn't snowing!!! There will be no
water, as the pipes are drained for winter....so if you are going to want water, you need to bring it with you. We are renting a couple of Porti-Potties...
PARKING: There will be plenty of parking, and it is FREE! And there is no charge for the event, we want EVERYONE to come! We will be passing around a donation basket, for those of you who would like to
help us with the expenses of renting the Fairgrounds and flying in the speakers...and other expenses that come with putting on a program like this.
T-SHIRTS: We will have T-Shirts and Sweat Shirts for sale! They are a great way to tell the world what you think, without saying a word!
DON'T BRING: It probably doesn't even need to be said, but just for the record, DO NOT BRING ALCOHOL OF ANY KIND to the event. We assured the FAIR Manager there would be NO ALCOHOL.

Bill Wills and WTAM along with Matt Patrick and 640WHLO are promoting the "WAKE UP OHIO!" event for us, and we hope to get newspaper coverage as well. Please, all of you, forward this email on to as many as you can, and bring everyone you can!

***All promotion booths/tables and solicitation must have permission BEFORE the event.

We look forward to seeing you all there, and all your friends, too!

Sincerely,
Al & Tammy

One thing I did forget to share is about the meetup of Wake Up OHIO is the 2000+ people that attended. We are also so very thankful to Al and Tammy and everone else that helped to make this day possible. It was alot of very hard work and time spent. We just wanted everyone to know how much their efforts were appreciated. Thank you again for your efforts and time putting this wonderful event together.

It was a fantastic experience being with 2,500 like-minded patriots who want nothing more than to save our country from certain destruction. The speakers were inspirational, and gave TRUE hope for the future. They offered up intelligent plans on how to put our government back on track.

I loved all the people (my people) and all the speakers were fantastic. Every one of them were so positive that we were going to prevail that it sends you home with so much hope. There had to be at least 2,000 people there. I loved every minute and wish we could be doing something every day. I sent 20 emails yesterday to the blue dogs and will keep sending to the rest and others after that. It seems that is all we can do now. But I am glad we have so many organizations now helping us. I truly believe that GOOOH is going to be our answer so everyone sign up....we need you.

We really enjoyed all the speakers and appreciate the time they took to come to Wake Up OHIO. My husband and I found like the March on DC the people that went to Wake Up OHIO were very courteous. The time was 3-5 and they really did a wonderful job sticking to the time and not running over which is hard to do. We also like the variety as far as the speakers and the the people that shared their musical talent. It was a wonderful and very uplifting way to have spent the afternoon.
