Fine, very wet. Don't fall or you'll be soaked unless you wore skiing overalls.

Hi, I never skated outdoors before, or on wet ice that wasn't wet from a Zamboni.

    Do they have a Zamboni?

It's water that has been swept off and no puddles when the Zamboni comes out and polishes it and wipes down the ice.

I only saw two dry spots like in an indoor rink, when the ice gets old between sweepings with the Zamboni machine. The wet ice is very slippery.
