About Our Event:
When: The arrival time for our Zumba Stars will be 12:30PM for registration and we will start to Zumba at 1:00PM and be finished by 3:00PM on Saturday September 28th 2013. There will be tons of complimentary bottled water and beverages and you can take a break any time you want!!!
Where: The event will take place in the View Ballroom on the 10th floor of the Marriott Energy Corridor Hotel at 16011 Katy Freeway in Houston Texas 77094.
Why: Our event is being held to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network and Texas Children’s Hospital. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to this cause.
Registration and Tickets: You can purchase your Zumba Stars tickets and register online at www.zumbastars.myevent.com For only $20.00 per dancer. Tickets are also available at the Marriott Energy Corridor Hotel for the same price in advance of the day of the Zumba Party or for $25.00 the day of the event at the door.
Zumba Stars Raffle: As a Zumba Star, you will be able to pick up raffle tickets at the hotel after you register at the hotel or online. ZUMBA STARS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SELL RAFFLE TICKETS!! We would love for all our Zumba Stars to help our cause by selling tickets so If you bring your receipt, we will give you a book of 10 tickets to sell at 5.00 each. If you think you will be selling more tickets more books will be available to you. There are over 75 prizes for the raffle that have an estimated combined retail value of over $2500.00. The Zumba Star that sells the most raffle tickets will win a brand new 50 inch Flatscreen Television!!!
Each Zumba Star will be taking care of their portion of the raffle ticket money. Bring all of your ticket stubs filled out with the person’s name, telephone number, and email address with the money for the raffle to the hotel on the day of the Zumba party. The purchase of a raffle ticket places the persons ticket into the raffle bin for drawing, they will have to register separately as a Zumba Star in order to attend the party and dance with us. Raffle ticket purchasers will not need to be present to win. They will be contacted on the following Monday of the event and told where and how to claim their prizes.
