Let's begin - tell us a little about yourself (i.e. occupation, where are you from, etc)

Former advertising media account manager born & raised in Philly now hanging my hat in Bucks County... Independent Consulting here and there giving business, marketing and social media advice, crafting strategies and training while looking for a new full-time gig in the arts or media. Currently a grad student embarking on my Masters Candidate thesis for Drexel to hang that Masters of Science in Arts Administration on my wall next to the Bachelor of Science in Business from Villanova. Artist and photog at heart, music fan, see humor in almost everything and embracing new friends adding to my posse (most of whom are busy with family stuff or are quite a distance)

What are some of your hobbies? What activities do you enjoy most? This will help us with deciding future meetup events.

Photography, classic/retro/cult movies, New and fan music (especially of the fanboy/fangirl kind), arts and culture events (yes, even the orchestra, ballet and opera... Much to appreciate and familiar themes and stories found in that inspired a lot of pop culture) Also like powerwalking and hiking, for charity or just for fun. Trips in/outside of Philly... The shore for amazing sunsets... Good food and cooking (cookies are absolutely cool) Amusement parks - always looking to go Event planning... Actually like that...just been tied up with too much lately, hopefully that changes soon Would like to find wordplay/lightsaber lessons... A multitude of new things to try!

All geeks are welcome! What type of geek do you most identify with?

Well, these are what I identify with the most so far: StarWars/StarTrek, DoctorWho/Sherlock/Merlin, Firefly/Buffy/ Dr.Horrible, Potter/LOTR... Etc on the movies and TV... Science stuff, especially space and anything Involving Neil Degrasse Tyson is always a channel surfing pause... Math, not so much - but I was born on Pi Day... And Tech is fascinating. Android phone, but Apple iOS everything else... Still like orchestral music even though I have not picked up a violin in years, am a punk at heart. Have not really gotten into gaming at all, but am open to it.
