Self Defense Course II

A self defense course taught by a karate school, located along Route 15 South, Dillsburg Pa.
The instructor is a 10th Degree Grand Master, George Iberl.

Master Iberl previously instructed FBI and DC police.

No prior experience is required.

Participants of the January class.  There will be new techniques as well as some review of previous techniques.

The instructor of this school, teaches the instructors of Gettysburg Isshinryu.
Come out and have some fun with your daughter, son, friend or spouse and learn some new skills. Children should be 12 or older.
Techniques will be simple and effective.
Cost is $25.00 for adults, $15.00 for each additional dependent( 12-17yrs ).
The class will be 2 hours.
** Cash only for payment.
Please show up 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
Wear work out clothes and bring a bottle of water.

Have some fun and learn something on a cold winter day.

The school is located in A MINI MALL along RT 15 south.  The GPS location for the map identifies an intersection a block south of the school. Paul's Pancake Barn & Flapjack's Pub is located beside the school.  If so inclined Flapjacks serves lunch and breakfast. They also have coffee.:)

    15 minutes of warming up and light stretching.
    2-(45-60 ) minute sessions of instruction with a break or two.
    Relaxed format, questions encouraged.
