Self-defense class and stick fighting demostration

A self-defense class taught by a Grand Master with over 50years experience. The instructor previously has taught FBI and DC Capitol City Police as well professional level protection agencies. The class will start with light stretching , followed by Self-defense and then basic stick fighting. Cost of the class is $35.00 cash day of class. Arrive a few minutes early to get signed in. We will have sufficient instructors available to provide personal attention. Post any questions you have. The classes usually run over a few minutes. the classes are taught in a very open format where questions are welcomed and techniques are taught to level of student from beginner to advanced. Afterwards we can all grab lunch at Flap Jacks

1. Wear loose fitting work-out or gym attire.

2. Class will be in bare feet.  This is custom for martial arts schools.

3. Bring a bottle of water

4. There will be light contact when practicing the techniques.

    We typically get 8 to 20 participants and excellent reviews. Several assistant instructors will be on hand to ensure participants can ask questions and learn the basics. If you have questions post them.
