Free Karate class Saturday morning. If you ever wanted to try a Karate class or just want to get in shape for Spring. Here's your chance. Bring a friend or family member. Class will be a light version of a regular karate class. Starting with light warm-up and stretching. Followed by basic kicks and punches. Remainder of the class is generally devoted to a couple of self-defense techniques. Wear loose work out attire and bring a bottle of water.
Arrive on time to sign in and meet the group.
Please keep your RSVP up to date. I arrange instructors and assistants according to group size. Family and friends welcome. This is a great activity to share with your children. My son and I have been working out together for 3 years.
