Self-Defense Class Gettysburg Isshinryu

Have some fun and learn something. Bring your friend, spouse and children over 12. Self-defense class based on traditional Okinawan Karate.
This style of Karate is geared for defense, This session may include some knife ( rubber training knives) defense and review of previous event techniques. The classes are taught in a very open relaxed format where questions are encouraged. The husband and wife instructor team are very passionate about teaching. The instructors are 9th and 5th degree. The cost of the class is $30.00 per person paid in cash day of the event. Wear loose fitting gym attire and bring a bottle of water and snack for mid class break. The class starts with a light stretching warm up and then partner up for self defense. Please post any questions you may have.
