Glasgow Who, The Glasgow Doctor Who Society, is a lively community of Dr Who fans from all around Glasgow.
Members come to meetings from as far afield as Ayr, Kilmarnock, Greenock and Falkirk.
The group exists to give fans a chance to meet up and chat about the show, and anything else that happens to come up, and also organises special events with the stars of Dr Who, including an annual convention, Army of Guests, which is rapidly becoming one of the most popular in the country.
We want to help promote Doctor Who fandom throughout Scotland and have close links to the lovely people at the Edinburgh local group, the TARDIS in Tayside Society, the Manx Anorax, the Glasgow Torchwood Fanclub and the Aberdeen Sci-Fi Association and can heartily recommend popping along to all of their next meetings!
Group members are also passionate about the spin-off shows, Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures, and most classic television from Blake's 7 to Sapphire and Steel and from Day of the Triffids to Year of the Burn-up.
If you want to suggest future guests or maybe even help out in organising future events and raising the profile of the group, or even if all you want to do is talk to other fans about the best bunch of TV shows in the history of television, we'd love to meet you!
