Hi, I wanted to start a movie matinee and dinner group in the Western Burbs open to people 45 and over. I enjoy going to the movies in the afternoon before it gets "crazy busy" and then on to a nice dinner and great conversation. There are so many good places to go and I'd love to have some of you join me. There are other things we can do too, depending on the group. I am divorced and a new "empty nester" but this group is not limited to singles. We may do some "singles only" activities later but, my main focus is to get out, go places and make new friends in the process. I've been inspired by my "Ladies Brunch Group" to start another Meet Up Group and I hope you will join me too!
