Let's have another Tea Party

It’s a 2'nd tea party, only this time it will be urban style. If you liked our last tea party, you're going to love this one. I would like to invite you all over to my house. I guarantee there will be refreshments for everyone. We’ll also have some music for everyone to listen to, and we’ll have nuts. Not only will we talk about Goth things, I even have some great Goth books for everyone to read.

We can even discuss topics on goth culture from the comfort of my living room. What has changed with the Goth Scene in both NYC & throughout the USA are some great topics worth discussing.

We would be honored to provide refreshments, just help us out by chipping in $5.00. Thanks, we'd really appreciate it.

Note 1: Due to a limited housing capacity, we can only accommodate up to 8 people.

Note 2: I already have Marilyn Manson, & Siouxsie & the Banshees, etc on my computer. Can you think of some other kinds of goth music to play?

I look forward to seeing you all.

Old Hallows Eve will be right around the corner, so dress as Goth as you can.

Many Thanks,

Jon Spinac, Head Honcho

Hey guys. Good party. Great to get out. Especially after being stuck at home for FOUR days without ANY transportation! Hope everyone is ok after Hurricane "Sucky". One good thing from this was not having to go into work...but I'm sure that will catch up and give a good a** kicking..... ho hum.....Thoughts & Prayers to those who have suffered devestation due to this storm. Maybe we should think about doing a "Goth" Donation get together to help those who have lost in this storm?

We had a good time and met a new member named Chris. He's from Louisiana. We talked about alot of things including the Goth subculture in New York, new books, politics and the Frankenstorm that is here now. It was good to see some of them again at my place, I like to walk around my house because it helps me think better. So I remained nearly silent mostly and just listened. I was able to give everyone some political insight into current problems. I'm cncerned about human rights abuses here in the United States.

The groups was dressed really nicely. Christopher wore a great outfit and black hat. Dana was also wearing nice black clothes. I dressed as Goth as I could, with my gloves, bracelets and a cap. It would be nice to plan a thrid meetup. Maybe we could do a potluck style event. What do Goth friendly people like to eat?

I hope the 3rd tea party will be even better than this one and more people show up.

Thanks everyone for meeting up this weekend, it was a great honor.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
