    How do you create more engaged clients? In a nutshell…

    Keep providing great value throughout the year – especially for your ‘A’ clients who can give you referrals to ‘A’ prospects.

    Build business friendships. Be purposeful about turning your relationships into a lot more than what brought you together in the first place.

    Ask Value-Seeking Questions. I’ve been teaching this strategy for years and now I have statistical validation for why this is such a simple, yet highly-effective thing to do. Solicit client feedback on your process, your client-service model, etc.
