Plyometric Jump Training in the Park

We will be doing a one hour plyometric workout at Klode Park. Plyometrics are a form of leg strength training good for all sports including running. We will do group exercises then a series of hurtle exercises you can do at your own pace. One hour of exercises guaranteed to make your legs stronger.
