Meetup to support start up entrepreneurs

The Greenwich Enterprise Club supports budding entrepreneurs to reduce risk in getting their new ventures off the ground. The club provides the forum for expertise  and experience to be shared and beyond that it is a club where friendships, partnerships and collaborations are nurtured between like minded entrepreneurial people.

Our bi-monthly meetings typically follow this agenda:

09:30 Networking

09:45 Member Introductions

10:00 Speaker's workshop

11:30 Networking

12:00 Meeting closes

There only 20 places available at any one meeting so if you reserve a place and later find that you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation (other wise you will prevent another person from attending).

As usual I enjoyed this meet up more than I expected. Great talk, and it was really good getting to know the other attendees afterwards :-)

I won't be able to join tomorrow as I will be in Newcastle for work, but I would still love to hear from anybody who may be able to help me in what I'm looking for. I have a recently started business centered around some specific concepts for mobile applications I'd like to bring to market. I recently completed development of an MVP product that I'm looking to use to look for investment. Although the MVP itself is not in a state that can be published, I've used the technology that was build for it, to quickly bring together a small trial application that has just been released - a very simple guide to the British Museum for Android machines. Although this trial does not directly relate to the MVP, I want to use it as a proof of our capability to bring something to market, and to build revenue through it to increase our credibility. I'm looking for advice and expertise on how to best get people to try it out and get more downloads. Anybody with experience or tips, please contact me.
