This is a book club for Houston women who love to read. Join our group if you are looking to make new friends and discuss great books. We are a group of women in our 20s and 30s who read mostly contemporary fiction and non-fiction. Titles we have read in the past include Half of a Yellow Sun by Adichie, Water for Elephants by Gruen, Eat, Pray, Love by Gilbert, and All the Pretty Horses by MacCarthy. We generally meet inside the loop. We meet the third Sunday of every month from 2:00-2:30 for general chat and the book discussion starts at 2:30. Feel free to join us for the chat, the book discussion, or both!
Its content is only available to members.

What members are saying
“ This is a diverse group of women within the same age range, so I think it's easier to discuss the same books since we're not of different generations. ”
“ It is a great way to 'make friends', share opinions and eat some good food throughout the discussions! ”
