Commonly known as "drinking vinegars" these delicious and tangy syrups offer a tasty way to use the best flavors of the season. Made from fresh botanicals and fruit, these tasty vinegars achieve beverage status, offering a unique twist when added to seltzers and cocktails. In fact, the word shrub comes from the Arabic word sharab "to drink". We'll be making some tart, tangy concentrations of vinegar, fruit, herbs and sweeteners to mix with sparkling water or spirits.
