Take A Hike to Collis  P. Huntington State Park

Meet In the park; directly in front of the statues.
Directions : From Merrit Exit 44-  coming from the south. Take a left off the exit ramp and then another quick left onto Route 58N- Block Rock Turnpike. Proceed approximately 11 miles to Sunset Hill Road where you make a right. (Note; Joel Barlow High School is about 1-2  miles before Sunset Hill Rd on the right side of Route 58N ; also the turn is immediately after Hopewell  Woods Rd.)  Proceed 8/10th of a mile on Sunset Hill Rd to the park which is on the right.
From Merrit Exit 44-  coming from the north- Right off ramp onto Route 58N & follow instructions above
From I-84: take Exit 5. Take Route 53 south for 3.4 miles, at Route 53 and Route 302 follow Route 302 east for 1.6 miles. At Route 58 and Route 302, follow Route 58 south for 4.6 miles then take a left onto Sunset Hill Road . Collis P. Huntington is 0.8 miles on the right.

    Hi Doris, a "B" hikes are more challenging in terms of elevation & duration (3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours). You can see more about hikes if click on 'about us...' in the upper left of this screen.
